As part of the enrolment process at Ursuline College Blackrock, all parents and students agree to abide by the rules and policies associated with the school. It is acknowledged that all parents and students enrolling in the school have read, understood and accepted all of the below-mentioned policies.

the parent / legal guardian, I grant permission for my daughter or the child in
my care to access the internet at Ursuline College Blackrock. I understand
that internet access at school is intended for educational purposes. I also
understand that every reasonable precaution has been taken by the school to
provide for online safety and the school cannot be held responsible if students
access unsuitable websites.
I
confirm that I have read through the school's Acceptable Use Policy with my
daughter and that she agrees to follow the rules outlined in this policy.

CONSENT FOR PERSONAL DATA RETURNS TO THE DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION
AND SKILLS
The
Department of Education and Skills requires post-primary schools to furnish
certain sensitive personal data via the "Annual
Post-Primary School October Return Entries" annually.
Written consent is required by your child's school to record this information.
The school will then forward this information to the Department of Education
and Skills for purposes as outlined in circular 0047/2010, a copy of which is
available at www.education.ie or on request from the school office.
I
give permission for personal data, when requested by the Department of
Education and Skills, to be returned to the Department.
WEBSITE, PHOTOGRAPHS AND USE OF WORK CONSENT FORM
I
accept that, if the school considers it appropriate, my child’s schoolwork and
photograph may be chosen for inclusion on the website and other school social
media accounts. I understand and accept the terms of the Acceptable Use Policy
relating to publishing students’ work on the school website.
