School Aim and Rules
The central aim of the school is the formation of the human person with respect to her ultimate goal and the development of her full potential, spiritually, emotionally, physically, intellectually, aesthetically and socially. The achievement of this aim demands a disciplined atmosphere where the dignity, rights and security of each person can be respected. It also requires that students take responsibility for learning and develop the characteristics of respect, gentleness, courtesy and kindness. It is to foster such values that our school rules are as follows:

> Full uniform must be worn in school and when travelling to and from school.
> Students are required to obey Teachers, School Council Members and respect those they meet and school property.
> Students must not disturb class progress.
> Students are required to have their books and materials for all practical subjects.
> Homework must be done.
> A note from Parent/Guardian in the student’s Journal is required when a student returns from absence – or to allow a student leave school during the school day.
> Students are responsible for their own property and money should be kept on the person at all times.
> The possession or use of cigarettes, alcohol or any other illegal substance is strictly forbidden. Chewing gum is also unacceptable.
> Directions regarding mobile phones, extra jewellery, make-up, ipods etc., school lunches and other school directives must be observed.
> Bicycles must be placed in bicycle rack and locked. Rules concerning student vehicles must be observed.
